DJIBOUTI: FOOD DONATION
MNCG specialists with a quick impact project to support the most deprived population
Djibouti, May 2022.
In recent days, the Multinational CIMIC Group operators located in Djibouti, have coordinated and conducted a food kits donation at the Association Club de Bienfaisance headquarters.
The activity is part of emergency plan to support the group of population that cannot sustain itself sufficiently with its own means, including children and elderly, in order to limit malnutrition.
A small representation of Italian contingent with CIMIC specialists, in the presence of President, Secretary General and some members of the Club staff, had the opportunity to make the donation directly to dozens of women and men who came from various places in the city.
The donation consisted of 520 kg. of flour, 520 kg of rice, 520 kg. of sugar, 260 lt. of oil, 78 kg of concentrated tomato and 240 kg. of fruit juice powder.
The president of the Association Club de Bienfaisance, Ms. Hassan Mohamed, concluded the ceremony by thanking the MNCG staff for the concrete gesture that took place, among other things, in the most intense period of Ramadan.
