The training activity at the Multinational CIMIC Group (MNCG) continues

The CIMIC Orientation Course 01/2024 has been concluded. The course is aimed to provide participants with a basic understanding of the main tasks and functions of civil-military cooperation.
Through panel discussions, role-playing exercises, and working groups, the students had the opportunity to put in practice the theoretical concepts learned in the classroom, supported by tutors from the six MNCG participating nations: Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Hungary.
In order to develop an educational offer in the field of civil-military cooperation tailored to the needs of modern operational scenarios, MNCG specialists lectures and activities were focused in particula on the concept of resilience and the analysis of the civil environment within the area of operations.
The Multinational CIMIC Group, which the Italian component is part of the Tactical Intellingence Brigade, is the only organization based in Italy recognized by the Atlantic Alliance as a training entity for the CIMIC operational function.
