RESILIENCE THROUGH CIVIL PREPAREDNESS COURSE (RtCPC) CONCLUDED AT MNCG HQ

The Resilience through Civil Preparedness Course (RtCPC) was conducted at MNCG HQ,Caserma “Mario Fiore” (Motta di Livenza), from 9 to 13 February 2026. Led by the CIMIC Centreof Excellence and supported by MNCG instructional staff, the course addressed resilience as across-domain requirement linking civil preparedness, crisis management and civil-militaryinteraction in support of NATO-relevant planning and response frameworks.

The training design combined conceptual alignment and practical application. Sessions werestructured to reinforce a common understanding of resilience at policy, planning and operationallevels, while syndicate activities and scenario-based work enabled participants to translateprinciples into executable approaches.

This method supported coherence between strategicintent and operational implementation, with emphasis on coordination functions,interdependencies and continuity-oriented preparation.RtCPC was tailored for senior military and civilian experts engaged in crisis-responseenvironments and civil-military cooperation settings.

The course contributed to a shared baselinefor resilience-related decision support, highlighting the relevance of preparedness mechanisms,collaborative planning and structured civil-military interfaces under evolving conditions.Within MNCG’s annual training rhythm, RtCPC confirms the value of early-cycle, practice-orientededucation as a force enabler: it strengthens common language, improves interoperability andsupports a more integrated approach to contemporary security and preparedness challenges.
